Terms & Conditions for Frijj Mooing Bottle Promotion

The Bits You Want To Know
Before the closing date, entrants must purchase a promotional bottle and remove the cap. Winning promotional bottles are fitted with a special function which emits a mooing sound when opened, contain an information leaflet and voucher inside to the value of 1 x single 330ml Frijj bottle, and have a URN printed on the chip inside the bottle.
Subject to successful completion of the prize claim and verification process, the entrant will win a cash prize. Entrants must retain their original winning promotional bottle and cap for verification purposes or this will invalidate their prize win.
A promotional bottle is a single 330ml Frijj milkshake bottle in qualifying variants, flashed with “Win £10,000 – Hear a Moo and Win”.
A unique reference number is an 8 digit alphanumeric code printed on the chip inside winning promotional bottles only. If there is no URN, the URN is not legible, or the bottle has a URN but does not make a sound, entrants should contact the Promoter’s marketing agency on the freephone number shown on the leaflet enclosed in the winning promotional bottle.
The Promoter
- The Promoter is Muller UK & Ireland Group LLP (t/a Müller Yogurts & Desserts), a limited liability partnership registered in England with partnership number OC384928 whose registered office is at Shrewsbury Road, Market Drayton, Shropshire TF9 3SQ. Entries to this address will not be accepted.
- This promotion is run in conjunction with Catalyst Marketing Agency Ltd, registered in England with company number 07413227 whose registered office is at Seven Stars House, Seven Stars Industrial Estate, 1 Wheler Road, Coventry, CV3 4LB.
Who Can Enter
- Open to residents of Great Britain only, aged 18 years or over.
- Proof of age and residence may be required and entrants must have a valid bank account to claim their prize.
- Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally involved in the promotion may not enter.
How To Enter
- Purchase a promotional bottle before the closing date and unscrew the cap.
- Winning promotional bottles will contain an information leaflet and voucher inside the bottle to the value of 1 x Frijj bottle (330ml).
- Entrants must call 08081753020 before the closing date in order to claim their cash prize. The line is freephone from landlines and mobiles and is manned between 9.15am and 5.15pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- If the entrant calls outside of these hours or on a weekend, they will hear a recorded message and be asked to leave their name, contact number and address, and quote the URN printed on the chip inside the bottle. The entrant will receive a call back from the Promoter’s marketing agency within 48 working hours.
- Entrants will be asked to confirm verification details including name, address, date of birth, phone number, UK bank details and the URN printed on the chip.
- Following the initial telephone verification process, the Promoter’s marketing agency will send a confirmation letter and pre-paid recorded delivery bag so the winning promotional bottle and cap can be returned.
- Entrants must not send their winning bottle and cap by any other method, and must not tamper with or damage the bottle or chip in any way, as doing so will invalidate the prize win.
- Once the winning promotional bottle and cap have been received and validated, the entrant will be awarded their cash prize via the bank details provided within 28 days.
- Entrants must not use a false name or email address or provide false information when taking part.
- By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that they are eligible to enter and claim a prize.
The Prizes
- Each prize is 1 x £10,000. There are 10 prizes available in total during the promotional period.
- There is 1 prize for each of the 10 winning promotional bottles, which will be randomly added to cases of other promotional bottles under independent supervision.
- Each prize will be paid by BACS transfer to the winner’s own UK bank account within 28 days of the Promoter’s marketing agency receiving the winning promotional bottle and cap.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of similar value if necessary.
- If there is no response within 7 days, the contact details are incorrect, or the entrant fails to return their promotional bottle, the prize win will be invalid.
- If any or all of the 10 prizes are not claimed or awarded by the closing date, no additional winning promotional bottles will be produced.
Data Protection
- Umbrella Risk Management Limited will collect and process winners’ personal data in connection with this promotion for winner verification, prize payment and as otherwise required by law.
- Data is only collected from winners for the purposes of delivering prizes. Umbrella’s privacy policy is available at www.promotions.uk.com/privacynotice.
- The Promoter may also share personal data with third parties supporting the promotion, including Catalyst Marketing Agency Ltd.
- If you are a winner, the Promoter may publish or make available on request information confirming that an award took place, including your surname, county and, if applicable, the entry itself. You can object or ask for less information to be made available by contacting consumers@muller.co.uk.
- If you are a prize winner, the Promoter may wish to use your personal data to announce you as the winner and for reasonable promotional purposes connected to this promotion. If you wish to object, contact consumers@muller.co.uk.
Liability
- Winners are responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and any tax liabilities incurred in claiming and using the prizes.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from entry into the promotion or a winner’s acceptance or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- The Promoter will not be responsible for losses, failures or delays relating to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Each entrant indemnifies the Promoter and its affiliates against all costs, claims, losses, damages, expenses or other liability arising as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions or negligence.
The Final Bits
- The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entrants may only enter the promotion for personal non-commercial use.
- Entries submitted using scripts, automated systems, collaborative practices, brute force or a third party for commercial gain will be deemed invalid.
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may eliminate or disqualify an entrant at its sole discretion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where necessary, without prior notice and without liability to entrants.
- These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any dispute arising out of this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
